The course brings the latest updates in the Law, case law etc. in regards to the correct and appropriate lawful utilization of digital evidence in order for this type of evidence be admitted in state court. The course touches on smart phones , computers, drones and surveillance cameras to mention a few. In addition this course is a sequel to the previously Body Worn Camera Training that had been offered by PRVI HIDTA Training Initiative.
