The HIDTA Management course is designed with select topics regarding the overall management of HIDTA operations with a high level view of the functions and responsibilities of key personnel. Integrated into the course are effective, proven steps and techniques to enhance the knowledge of these key personnel. Enhancing the work relationship between these members of HIDTA and increasing their knowledge of HIDTA operations is the main objective of the course focusing key personnel, in their day-to-day efforts, to pursuing the national and regional missions and goals of the HIDTA Program.
