This is a two-day meeting for law enforcement and prosecutors to explore investigative options and resources associated to foreign national involvement (e.g., People’s Republic of China) in the large-scale cultivation of cannabis in America. The tentative agenda will examine associated issues of human trafficking, money laundering, violent crimes, environmental hazards & more associated to these cannabis cultivation operations.
