Description
Controlled Substances Legislation – 4/1971 of Puerto Rico: The agent will get knowledge of different substances and classification from number 1 (more lethal drug) to number 5 (less lethal drug). Our law enforcement needs to develop the strategy to confront different scenarios with adults and minor that use or distribute these drugs with new names, colors, and impacts. Review & Advice in excited delirium protocols with police interventions: Support the agents on interventions with citizens that have mixed drugs and substances that produce the “excited delirium” effects that puts my officers in danger. Our agents will develop the skills to identify that effect and work with the mental health legislation (408). Qualifications & Legislation on Medical Cannabis Overview with Law 42 Specifications & 9038 Regulations: The law enforcement agents need to evaluate different scenes of medical cannabis and the rules of engagement on intervention procedure with citizens. The license of medical conditions that require cannabis orientation need to be scrutinizes by agents (without constitutional violations) to realize the job in good standing. Agency Critical Response to minor citizen cases in crisis response: Public Policy evaluation and identification of groups in Puerto Rico with minor age citizen problems with law authority. The agent needs to emphasize intervention, arrest, and evaluate the procedure when a minor is without parents and commits the (lack) felony. Law 88 is the main theme of minor and “kids” legislation. Review of Naloxone (Narcan) Program and Overdose Opioid Intervention: Direct attention of existing protocols of prevention and administration of naloxone. The agent needs to identify the process that protects him on case of citizen overdose and potential administration of the medicine.
