Position: HIDTA Regional Domestic Highway Enforcement Deputy Coordinator
Compensation: Equivalent to the annual rate for a GS 12 Step 1-5 as described below

The National HIDTA Assistance Center (NHAC) is currently seeking a qualified individual to assist the DHE Chair, nine (9) designated DHE Regional Coordinators (HIDTA Directors), and Regional Domestic Highway Enforcement Senior Coordinator in coordinating regional domestic highway enforcement activities that include but are not limited to:

Qualifications:

Five (5) years of experience working in either law enforcement, military intelligence or the National HIDTA Program

Ability to write clear and concise communications

Ability to clearly and concisely orally communicate with others

Ability to coordinate high-level and highly attended conferences and regional meetings across the country

Ability to perform extensive travel throughout the country

Ability to obtain a “Secret” security clearance

Compensation:

This is an annually renewed contract position based on available funding and need.  Compensation will be based on a daily rate and Contractor’s invoices will be paid twice each month according to the appropriate GS-12 locality pay scale.  In addition, the contractor will receive up to a 30 percent benefit compensation package.

Note: Consideration will be given to post secondary education.

APPLICATION AND PROCEDURE DEADLINE:
